Question: Can I continue treatment in the country of my permanent residence according to the policy terms and conditions I had bought if the event occurred abroad?
Answer: Your policy is valid until you enter the territory of your home country. If you do not have a voluntary medical insurance policy of this company, you will not be eligible to apply by the same insurance policy at home.

Our physician will arrive in about an hour and is equipped to perform all of the services you would find in a traditional medical office or urgent care facility. From blood work to x-rays, our patients receive thorough, unhurried exams from board certified physicians.
Once a diagnosis is made, your physician will begin treatment immediately, providing prescription medication if necessary. We will also follow up with your during the next 48 hours to insure your condition is improving, and with your permission, will communicate your medical status to your primary care physician.
